Recipe Ingredients for Honey Glazed Chicken Stir Fry

3/4 lb chicken breast
1/2 lb broccoli
3/4 lb cabbage
0.48 lb carrots
1/2 lb onion
1 t chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 c water
6 T soy sauce
1 T corn starch
2 T vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Honey Glazed Chicken Stir Fry

  1. mix honey, orange juice, vinegar, soy and cornstarch together in small bowl and set aside.

  2. heat oil on medium high and stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender (3-4 mins?) and remove from wok/skillet

  3. add chicken and stir fry about 3-4 mins or until no longer pink (the directions say this, but it seems to always take me a bit longer like 10 mins)

  4. push chicken from center, stir sauce and pour into center.

  5. cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

  6. return vegetables to wok and cook and stir until heated through

  7. may be served in half portions with rice for about the same calories.
