Recipe Ingredients for Honey Garlic Pork Chops

1 lb pork sirloin chops, boneless
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c honey
2 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
30 g (1 T) dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, sherry and garlic and mix. Pour over chops and marinate overnight or at least 6 hours. Broil chops 4-6 inches from heat about 6 minutes per side but watch for burning. Baste with marinade on both sides. Turn oven off and let chops in for 5 minutes longer.
