Recipe Ingredients for Honey Garlic Grilled Eggplant

4 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
367 9/10 grams Bread, French Or Vienna

Recipe Directions for Honey Garlic Grilled Eggplant

  1. Sweat the eggplant.

  2. Mix up a marinade with honey, balsamic, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Coat one side of the eggplant.

  4. Grill. Coat the other side.

  5. Grill.

  6. Slice the loaf, put on the goat cheese and cooked eggplant. Grill the sandwich on a panini press.
