Recipe Ingredients for Honey fudge parfaits

0.66 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 tbsp Hersheys Unsweetened Cocoa
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.33 cup Syrups, Corn, Light
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 cup Ice Creams, Vanilla
6 oz Cream, Whipped, Cream Topping, Pressurized
6 cherry Maraschino Cherries

Recipe Directions for Honey fudge parfaits

For fudge sauce, bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Stir in honey,corn syrup and butter. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let stand to cool for 1 hour. Add vanilla extract to cocoa mixture and mix well. Layer the fudge sauce and ice cream one third at a time in 6 parfait glasses. Cover the parfaits with plastic wrap. freeze parfaits for 3 hours and top with equal portions of whipped cream. garnish each with a maraschino cherry if desired..
