18 oz Salmon fillets
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon

  1. Combine lemon juice, honey, and mustard together in a bowl.

  2. Coat both sides of salmon fillets with glaze. Season with black pepper.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
