Recipe Ingredients for Honey Curry Chicken

3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard
1 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Honey Curry Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.

  2. Soften or melt margarine

  3. Combine margarine, honey, mustard and curry powder to taste

  4. Pour over chicken

  5. Bake at 350, uncovered, about one hour or until chicken is done
