Recipe Ingredients for Honey Crusted Chicken

8 saltine crackers
1 teaspoon paprika
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast (2 at 4oz each)
4 teaspoons honey

Recipe Directions for Honey Crusted Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly coat baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Crush the crackers on a cutting board using the back of a knife. Place crackers in a small bowl and add paprika. Stir to mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, add the chicken and honey. Toss to coat evenly. Add the cracker mixture. Mix and press the chicken into the cracker mix until it's evenly coated on both sides.

  4. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish. Cover with tin foil. Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
