Recipe Ingredients for Honey Cinnamon Yogurt with Fruit

2 cup Organic Lowfat Plain Yogurt
2 Apple Apples
2 medium raw Pear
0.67 serving Natural Honey
0.67 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup Classic Granola

Recipe Directions for Honey Cinnamon Yogurt with Fruit

  1. Place the yogurt in a fine mesh strainer over a bowl. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the liquid to come out of the yogurt.

  2. Cut the apples and pears into small pieces.

  3. When the yogurt is strained and thickened, add the honey and cinnamon and mix well.

  4. Then add the apples and pears and mix well.

  5. Finally, add the granola or cereal if you are using it, and mix well. Serve immediately.
