I made the mistake of making these. They are heavenly. I also added a little extra cinnamon.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

2.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Margarine
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 oz Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet

Recipe Directions for Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to to 375 F. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla; gradually add the dry ingredients until a dough forms. Stir in the chocolate.

  3. Drop 1-tablespoon portions of dough onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper; bake for 8-9 minutes, rotating the cookie sheets after 5 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

  4. The cookies will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
