Light moist sponge cake - dairy free

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Cake

3 eggs
75 g caster sugar
3 tbs honey
90 g flour
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Honey Cake

Seperate eggs, add yolks to sugar and honey, add flour sifting in gradually to this mix. Whisk whites till stiff then fold into egg/honey mix gradually. Place in lined loaf tin and cook for 30 minutes at gas mark 4.
