Honey and balsamic glazed salmon with peppers and onion is delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Balsamic Salmon

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 serving brown mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 salmon fillet
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Honey Balsamic Salmon

  1. Heat honey in microwave on high for 30 seconds to make it easier to combine with other ingredients.Refrigerate glaze to thicken.

  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl and whisk until combined.

  3. Brush fish with glaze.

  4. Add fish, remaining glaze, onions and peppers to Ziploc Zip N Steam bag.

  5. Cook in microwave on high for 4 minutes.
