Recipe Ingredients for honey almond granola, grade: A

6 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash salt
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup grape juice, sugar-free

Recipe Directions for honey almond granola, grade: A

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine seeds, nuts, oats, wheat germ and flax seed. Pour warmed honey mixed with grape juice on top and mix well.

  3. Spread evenly onto un-greased baking sheet and put into oven.

  4. Stir granola occasionally while baking; it should brown evenly (if not, reduce oven temp. and bake longer.)

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until crunchy.
