Yummy granola that's fairly low calorie and super nutritous- makes a little over 8 servings (3/4 cup each)

Recipe Ingredients for Honey Almond Buckwheat Lowfat Granola

3 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almonds
1/3 cup egg whites, powdered
1/2 cup buckwheat groats

Recipe Directions for Honey Almond Buckwheat Lowfat Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. mix all indredients in large bowl until blended

  3. spread in pyrex baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray

  4. bake for about 30 minutes or until browned and dry, longer if you prefer crispier
