190 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
3 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
47 grams Lemon Juice
1/5 tsp Salt, Table
2 clove Garlic
3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Hommus

Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth. enjoy. 1 serve is apporx 4 teaspoons
