Recipe Ingredients for Hommus

1 tablespoon tahini
2 garlic cloves
250 g chick peas
125 g lemon
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon Coriander Seed
1/4 teaspoon Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Hommus

  1. Add in a food processer -

  2. Chickpeas

  3. garlic cloves

  4. cumin

  5. coriander

  6. salt

  7. Once mixed to consistancy, add tahini to bring to desired thickness

  8. Mix one last time in the blender
