Recipe Ingredients for Hominy Kidney Bean chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
3 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground oregano
1 dash of cinnamon
26 ounces canned tomatoes
16 ounces hominy, drained
16 ounces kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups zucchini, chunked
2 tbsp dried cilantro

Recipe Directions for Hominy Kidney Bean chili

Saute onions in oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with lime wedges and small amount of shredded cheese, if desired.
