Recipe Ingredients for homestyle meatloaf

16 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
16 oz Regular Premium Pork Sausage
1 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
6 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Instant Oats
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
16 oz Diced Hash Brown Cubes

Recipe Directions for homestyle meatloaf

Mix ketchup with brown sugar and mustard. Add a third of the mixture to a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients (dice onions and garlic). Mix all well. Pour package of hashbrowns in bottom of 9x11 baking dish. Form meatloaf on top. Spread 1/3 of the ketchup mixture over it. Bake at 350 for one hour. Pull out and spread remaining 1/3 of ketchup mixture on it and cookfor another 10 to 15 minutes.
