Recipe Ingredients for Homestyle Blueberry Muffins

2 cups flour, sifted
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup shortening, melted
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Homestyle Blueberry Muffins

  1. Sift together dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients in well in center and stir until just moist.

  3. Fold in blueberries.

  4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
