Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Zucchini Bread

3 medium Egg, Whole
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
12 oz Premium Pure Cane Sugar
16 oz Zucchini
24 oz All Purpose Unbleached Enriched Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
4 grams Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Homemade Zucchini Bread

  1. Divide your ingredients into two bowls.

  2. In one bowl (BOWL 1) you will beat your eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar. After it has been thoroughly beaten you will mix in your two cups of zucchini (which should be grated).

  3. In your other bowl (BOWL 2) you will mix your flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.

  4. Gradually add bowl 2 to bowl 1.

  5. Can be divided into two loaves or you can put it in a 9 x 13 cake pan.

  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
