1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup white onion, diced
2 leaves Basil, chopped
1/2 chicken breast, grilled
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  1. Mix all ingredients (except spinach and chicken) into bowl. This acts as your dressing.
