whole wheat pizza crust, sauce and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade whole wheat pizza

1 t yeast
1/2 c water
1/2 c flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1 T olive oil
1/2 t. olive oil
5 T pizza sauce
6 oz. mozzerella cheese

Recipe Directions for Homemade whole wheat pizza

  1. Mix crust ingredients. Allow 2 hours to rise.

  2. Roll out crust on parchment with cornmeal sprinkled . Put sauce on crust.

  3. Bake at 425 7min. on pizza stone 7 min.

  4. Put cheese on and bake 7 min. more or until done.
