Recipe Ingredients for Homemade White Bread

400 g Flour
280 g Warm Water
8 g Active Yeast
8 g Salt
8 g White Sugar
40 ml Rice Bran Oil or Olive Oil
40 ml Milk

Recipe Directions for Homemade White Bread

  1. Add Yeast to luke-warm water and stir gently till cloudy.

  2. In the Breadmaker add all the dry ingredients.

  3. Add the oil and milk and start the breadmaker.

  4. Re-stir the yeast water, and slowly pour into the breadmaker.
