Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Wheat Blend Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds, ground
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, ground
1/8 cup raw flax seeds
1 tbs baking powder
1 tbs light brown sugar
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil (organic)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water, as needed

Recipe Directions for Homemade Wheat Blend Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small glass or Pyrex bowl, adding water as needed to reach desired batter thickness.

  2. Ladle batter onto preheated griddle pan.

  3. Cook until bottom is set and bubbles start to cover top of pancake.

  4. Flip, cooking until both sides are completely set and golden to light brown.
