Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Weight Watchers Salsbury Steak

16 oz Ground Beef
10 oz Mushrooms, Portabella
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 slices Food You Feel Good About Bread
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Light

Recipe Directions for Homemade Weight Watchers Salsbury Steak

Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms, olive oil, flour and chicken broth, Form 4 oval shaped patties. Broil on each side until cooked. Heat olive oil in pan. Sautae mushrooms until they are done. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms, stir until they are lightly coated. Add chicken broth,cook until reduces slightly. Add patties and simmer 5 minutes. Delicious!
