Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Waffles

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1/3 cup canola oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Homemade Waffles

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir together milk, oil and eggs. Gradually add milk mixture tot he dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Pour about 3/4 cup batter onto waffle baker. Cook about 5 minutes.
