Recipe Ingredients for Homemade waffles

2 eggs
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup oil
2 cup flour
4 t. baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 T sugar

Recipe Directions for Homemade waffles

  1. Beat eggs

  2. Add milk and oil

  3. Add dry ingredients

  4. Beat until smooth

  5. let sit for a few minutes to rise up.

  6. Don't stir down before adding to waffle iron

  7. Add 1/2 cup to waffle iron

  8. cook 3 minutes
