From my recipe box. One serving equals 2 squares (" by 4"). This recipe makes 3 squares.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Waffles

2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tbls canola oil
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Homemade Waffles

  1. Lightly brush waffle grids with vegetable oil. Close units and preheat at "waffle" setting. In medium bowl, beat eggs until thick; add milk and oil. Add dry ingredients; mix until smooth.

  2. Pour 1 cup batter evenly into preheated grid. Close unit and bake until light goes off (about 5 minutes).
