Homemade Vegi Soup using Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup mix. This recipe is very low in saturated fat, no cholesterol, low in sodium, low in sugar, High in dietary fiber, and Very high in vitamin A.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Vegi Soup

28 oz Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix
8 Red Potatoes
4 Carrots
8 Celery Stalks
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
3 tsp Chicken Bouillon
2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
18 cups waters

Recipe Directions for Homemade Vegi Soup

  1. Stir one part Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix into four parts water. Add salt and/or other seasonings to taste and simmer for approximately one hour or until ingredients are soft. Additional vegetables and meat may be added as desired.

  2. I did not use salt or meat in this recipe.
