Recipe Ingredients for Homemade veggie pizza

2 serving Hunt's tomato sauce-roasted garlic
1 serving Oscar Mayer honey ham lunch meat
2 serving Natural Italian Style 6 cheese blend
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Spinach
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 medium raw Onion Red
2 tbsp Mediterranean Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic
1 serving Athenos feta cheese crumbles
1 serving Pillsbury pizza crust-classic

Recipe Directions for Homemade veggie pizza

Slice red onion and mince garlic. In a skillet with 2 TBS. of olive oil, add onions and garlic. Turn heat on low, cover skillet with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until onions are soft and slightly brown. Roll pizza dough out into a round pizza pan or a 9x13 cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Heat oven to 425. Cook pizza crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread tomato sauce over the crust, followed by the spinach, caramelized onions, feta, ham, red peppers and mushrooms. Sprinkle the entire pizza with Italian cheese blend. Cook for 16-20 minutes, or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly and melted. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Makes 6 servings.
