A delicious blend of bell peppers, spices and black beans in cheese on a tortilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Veggie Fajitas

0.33 cup Mexican 4 Cheese
2.5 serving Bell Pepper
1 tortillas 10'' Large Flour Tortillas
1.5 serving Black Beans

Recipe Directions for Homemade Veggie Fajitas

  1. Sautee peppers and onions - adding any seasoning you desire - and spread on one side of the tortilla.

  2. Add the black beans

  3. Add the cheese

  4. Fold over the other half of the tortilla

  5. Press down gently

  6. Place on rack in the toaster oven and heat until cheese is melted and the tortilla is browned.

  7. Cut in half and serve with salsa and/or sour cream.

  8. Enjoy!!
