17/20 lbs. tofu, firm
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup bread crumbs
3 baby carrots (shredded)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 seasoning salt
1 black pepper
1 kosher salt to taste

Recipe Directions for homemade veggie burgers

  1. mix dry items in food processor

  2. set aside

  3. mix wet items in food processor

  4. stir in dry ingredients

  5. form patties

  6. bake for 20-25 minutes at 350.
