2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Plain
1 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup, grated Carrots
0.33 cup Slivered Almonds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1/3 tablespoon Oregano
1 tsp Spices Mustard Powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Parsley
2 1/2 tbsp Flax Seeds
0.67 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Veggie Burgers (Oh She Glows)

  1. Make flax egg with flaxseed and warm water, set aside.

  2. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

  3. Combine flour, bread crumbs, mashed black beans, grated carrots, roasted sunflower seeds, roasted almonds and parsley in large bowl.

  4. Add flax egg and spices, mix with hands to combine and form into balls.
