Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Vegetable Soup

1 cup sliced raw carrots
1 cup diced potato
1 cup Edamame
1/2 cup corn
2/3 cup black beans
1 cup diced red pepper
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup diced onion
8 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tbs Original Natural Buttery Spread
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 tablespoon Poblano Pepper
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Vegetable Soup

Brown peppers, onions & mushrooms in Earth Balance. Add all veggies, broth & spice as desired. I use cayenne pepper, garlic, pepper, basil, tumeric.
