Recipe Ingredients for homemade vegetable soup

1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
61 grams Turnips
2 carrot Carrots
1 medium raw Leeks
1 small Onions
4 stalks Celery
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
10 sprigs Parsley

Recipe Directions for homemade vegetable soup

  1. chop everything up and put it in a pot.

  2. add 2.5 cups of water and 1 tsp of salt or more to taste

  3. let simmer for 75 min or so

  4. mash up
