Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Vegetable Soup

8 cups water
58 oz diced tomatoes
32 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups macaroni
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 small chopped onion
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Homemade Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown turkey and drain.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a large pot and simmer on low heat until noodles are done.
