Soup with a mixture of vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade vegetable soup

175 g leeks
250 g butternut squash
450 g frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 chicken stock cube
225 g yam
700 ml water
25 g coconut cream

Recipe Directions for Homemade vegetable soup

  1. Add all vegetables to boiling water

  2. Add stock cubes and other seasoning of choice

  3. Simmer untill all vegetables soft

  4. Remove 1/4 of vegetable mix and liquidise

  5. Return to pan

  6. Stir

  7. Serve immediately
