Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Vegetable Soup

2 onions
70 g parsnip
70 g turnip
300 g sweet potato
200 g swede
230 g carrots
190 g potato
140 g courgette
1 tsp butter
110 g asparagus
1700 ml water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Vegetable Soup

  1. Melt butter in big pot

  2. Add onions

  3. Chop and add everything else

  4. Leave with lid on for one hour

  5. Puree

  6. Serve
