Tasty healthy low calorie soup-easy

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade veg soup

3 1/2 large carrots
1 large turnip
5 leeks
2 large onions
8 chicken stock cubes
2 litres water

Recipe Directions for Homemade veg soup

  1. Chop all veg and add to large pan. Cook for 5 mins.

  2. Add 400ml water into which 2 chicken stock cubes have been dissolved- repeat 4 times.

  3. Cook on hob for an hour or so on med heat. Either blend at end or leave whole if chunky soup required.
