stevia and instant nonfat dry milk

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Vanilla Yogurt with Stevia

4 cups skim milk
1/4 cup Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 may use less In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
5 g Freeze-Dried Yogurt Starter & Creme Bulgare Starter

Recipe Directions for Homemade Vanilla Yogurt with Stevia

Heat milk, stevia, instant dry milk and vanilla on low heat to 180 degrees. Do not boil. Cool to 102-110 degrees. Skim off any milk film that has formed on mixture. Add freeze dried yogurt to approx 1/2 cup cooled milk mixture and stir well to dissolve freeze dried yogurt starter. Add to larger milk mixture. Pour into yogurt maker to maintain constant heat for desired length of time to obtain desired consistency. I usually let this set for 4-5 hrs.
