Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Turkey Soup

1.5 cup, chopped or diced Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
1 cup Turkey Broth
2 cup Wild Blend
1 can Mushrooms
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 medium raw Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
12 oz Tomatoes Diced
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Homemade Turkey Soup

  1. Boil turkey bones with onion, celery, and salt.

  2. Refrigerate.

  3. Skim fat, and remove bones, making sure to keep meat.

  4. Simmer turkey, meat, rice, and tomatoes at least until rice done.

  5. Add beans, mushrooms, corn, carrots, celery.

  6. Simmer until done to taste.

  7. Season to taste.
