Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Turkey Sausage

1 lb Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp sage, rubbed
1/2 tsp fennel, ground

Recipe Directions for Homemade Turkey Sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the above ingredients, shape the meat mixture into 2=inch round sausage patties & place on a broiler pan or on a wire rack above a baking pan. Bake until done and no pink remains in the center, about 20-25 minutes. Ass sea salt to tast at the table if necessary. Serves 3-4
