2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 eggs, boiled
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
3/4 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/8 cup fresh parsley
1/4 onion, raw

  1. Chop eggs, parsley and onion in food processor. Mix all ingredients and serve on a sandwich or crackers.
