Yummy homemade Turkey Soup. Has been made in our family for years.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Turkey Noodle Soup

16 cups chicken broth
4 eggs
1/2 cups skim milk
2 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Homemade Turkey Noodle Soup

  1. Mix eggs, milk, salt in food processor. Add flour until dough makes a ball. Sprinkle flour on countertop and roll out dough as thin as you can. Let it dry on counter until ready to make soup.

  2. Use a pizza cutter and cut into strips. Boil broth and add noodles one at a time until all noodles have been added. Boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Put in Turkey meat if you desire.
