Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Tortillas

3 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2.66 oz Vegetable Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tortillas

  1. Mix 3 cups of flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1/3 cup of oil, and 1 cup of warm water to form dough.

  2. Pinch off a 1-2 inch piece of dough and press or roll it into a thin circle.

  3. Cook on a flat pan on the stove until there are brown spots on both sides of the tortilla.

  4. Repeat :)
