These tortillas are tender and chewy and easy to make. From Taste of Home magazine.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Tortillas

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup water
3 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tortillas

  1. Combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil. Turn onto floured surface and knead 5-6 times. Divide dough into 8 portions. On a lightly floured surfact, roll each portion into a 7 inch circle.

  2. In a large non-stick skillet, spray and cook toritillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side until lightly browned. Keep warm
