Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Tortillas

2 cups flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tortillas

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

  2. Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat

  3. Pour a small amount of batter onto skillet and using your hand and wrist swirl the batter around the skillet until it covers the whole surface

  4. Cook on one side until the sides start to curl, flip and cook the other side.
