260 g potatoes (fresh)
239 g turnips (fresh)
150 g green beans (frozen)
140 g corn (frozen)
200 g uncooked pasta (fetucini)
175 g carrots (fresh)
200 g peas (frozen and split pea uncooked)
2 1/2 ounces cauliflower (fresh)
30 g asparagus (fresh)
2 tsp basil (pkg)
3 tsp garlic powder (Garlic Plus)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
