1 large Onions
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tomato Soup

  1. Roast above listed ingredients on a baking sheet. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and roast for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

  2. Blend in a blender after cooled, adding homemade, sodium-free chicken or shrimp stock.
