My homemade tofu stir fry with a bit of pork.

Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Tofu stir fry

0.4 block Tofu, Firm
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Japanese Noodles
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 oz Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tofu stir fry

Start with some canola oil on the pan, heat the oil for about 30 sec., then put the noodles on. Heat the noodles for just a brief period of time(to loosen up if they have been pre-packaged), then put all the ingredients in(I marinate my tofu beforehand). Pour about 1/4-1/2 cup of water in pan, and pour soy sauce over top, as well as any other sauces you have(I use a bit of other sauces not listed). Cook for about 7 minutes and you're done!
