Recipe Ingredients for Homemade Tater Tots

6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Rosemary

Recipe Directions for Homemade Tater Tots

Boil the potatoes in well-salted water until tender. Drain and grate. Add onion powder, flour, egg, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. On a floured surface, roll into a 1-inch thick log and cut into tots. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. put the tots on the pan; brush with olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees and bake until crisp.
